ShiftControl automates the IT and business operations that pile up on small teams — onboarding, offboarding, access, and the SaaS sprawl in between — so a ten- or hundred-person company can run like it has an ops department it doesn’t.

Most ops tooling assumes you have an IT team to run it. Small and mid-sized businesses don’t. They have an office manager who also owns IT, a founder who approves every SaaS purchase, and a list of accounts no one has fully mapped. I’m building ShiftControl so that team can see who has access to what, automate the repetitive lifecycle work, and offboard a departing employee in minutes instead of guessing for weeks.

We connect the tools a business already runs — Google Workspace, the SaaS apps, the laptops — and turn the scattered picture into something a non-specialist can act on: identity, app inventory, and device posture in one view, with the busywork automated and the gaps that matter surfaced first. Better security falls out of better operations — not the other way around.
